This is my first blog post in like a year! Crazy. I decided it was time to claim it back. We’re in the midst of some crazy crazy times. Everyone is on lock down from Coronavirus (Covid 19) and it’s hard. I’ll write more in another post about how I’m handling isolation but I wanted to share some photos from a day out at the beach I had with my friend last week. Things were still bad, but it was before any official lock downs so we made the most of it and headed to Formby Point in Lancashire.
There is something so relaxing about being at the beach. Formby is one of my favourite places in the world. It’s beautiful. I went a few times as a kid and it’s somewhere that’s always been a place I would go to whenever I got the chance. Sophie had never been before but she’s fallen in love with the place too. I’m sure we’ll be back for a few picnics and photoshoots once we’re allowed out again.
I’ve been teaching myself how to create little videos recently so thought this would be a great opportunity to shoot some film. I shot on a mixture of my iPhone 11 Pro and my Canon 6D then edited using adobe spark. I’m going to try to make some more during the lockdown and share what I get up to during this quarantine. Here’s a little video I recorded on our day.
