I have an admission to make… I don’t exercise. The idea of working up a sweat and moving around a lot actually fills me with dread. But I’ve decided that since I turn 24 (Ok ok 34) in a couple of months, that it’s time I started to invest a bit of time into my health and fitness. Which is why I was thrilled to be chosen as one of the eight official bloggers for the Fat Girls Guide To Running website.

This is pretty scary for me but I’m determined to make a go of it because I want to make some positive chances to my health. Glyn is thrilled being the fitness nut that he is because he now has a running buddy… and I’m sure on those days when I’m not feeling very motivated he’ll be there to get me going.

Starting September I will be a part of a virtual running group/clubhouse offered through the Fat Girls Guide to Running site, and will be posting running blog posts here weekly about my experience.
