Lots of people give themselves fitness-related new year’s resolution each January. If you want to get fit, why not think about training for a marathon? You will find that signing up for a marathon or other race will give you something to work towards, which is a great way to stay motivated. Even if you aren’t currently very fit, training for a marathon is a great thing to do. After all, you don’t need to rush it. You could take it easy and aim to run one within the next couple of years.
